In this day and age, the creation of a Facebook page seems to come naturally in the progression towards expanding the channels companies use to communicate with their audiences. It has proven to be an effective way to form a community around a brand….and did I mention, as of February 2010, it has over 400 million users and of those users, 50% login everyday?   Social media seems to be a tool every company in some way, shape or form has included in their marketing plan.
