For those of you familiar with the Food Network’s Iron Chef television series, the title of this event may sound familiar to you. Much like an Iron Chef challenge, we will be competing in front of a live audience, but instead of cooking we will be brainstorming a marketing plan to promote a service or product in the ‘2010 Iron Design Challenge’ !
SilverTech team members will have one hour to come up with a plan to promote a secret product or service that we will find out about just minutes before the competition begins. After the hour, we have to pitch our plan to the audience, as they are the judges. We are competing against two other agencies from New Hampshire… bGG Advertising and Piehead.
Last year it was pretty intense, and the teams went all out in their creative ideas and approach. The secret product was a Road Kill clothing line, which I’m sure was pretty entertaining.
Before the event there are cocktails and networking opportunities too. What’s not to like?

Congratulations on walking away w/the coveted iron skillet in last night’s 4th Annual NHCC Iron Design competition! We are already discussing the possibility of inviting the SilverTech crew back next year to defend their title.
